Nat von Bertouch
Nat is a former Australian Diamonds and Adelaide Thunderbirds captain, having led the Australian Diamonds to two World Championship Gold Medals, two Commonwealth Games Silver Medals and Adelaide Thunderbirds to two ANZ Championship Gold Medals.
Off the court, Nat is a business leader, dietitian and wellbeing manager with over 20 years’ experience.
She facilitates leadership and culture workshops for corporate clients, sporting organisations and schools using evidence-based strategies and real world experiences. Her passion is developing positive team cultures and confident leaders that enable both people and businesses to succeed.
Tom Jonas
Tom’s thirteen-year career with the Port Adelaide Football Club included five as its captain. Alongside his many on-field accolades during this time, Tom achieved his MBA and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide, as well as establishing small business Hey Diddle Wines with teammate Brad Ebert.
Since retiring in 2023, Tom has continued his focus on leadership capacity and capability development and cultural transformation, working closely with businesses, schools and the South Australian Cricket Association. Tom’s leadership philosophy is grounded in accountability, high performance, and fostering a great team culture through strong relationships, qualities that remain central to the leadership programs he now runs.
